At Beep AI, you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
To delete your Beep AI account, email us at support@beepnpay.com from your registered email address, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will verify your identity and process your request.
What data is deleted
Upon deletion, we permanently remove your personal information from our active systems, including your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, conversational history, and app activity.
What data is retained
Certain transaction and booking records are retained for up to 7 years from the transaction date, as required under Indian tax and financial laws (including the Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST laws). Some account records may be retained for up to 3 years after deletion for regulatory compliance. This retained data is used solely for legal compliance and is securely deleted once the retention period ends.
