1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beep AI application and services ("Beep AI", "Services") operated by BeepnPay Enterprises Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Beep AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use Beep AI. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Description of Services
Beep AI is an agentic commerce platform that understands your natural-language intent and completes transactions on your behalf, including searching, comparing, and booking travel and other commerce categories. Beep AI acts as an intermediary that facilitates transactions between you and third-party inventory and service providers.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Bookings, Payments & Pricing
When you instruct Beep AI to complete a transaction, you authorise us to place that order and process payment on your behalf. Prices, availability, and terms are set by the relevant third-party inventory or service providers and may change. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the policies of the underlying inventory or service provider (for example, airlines, hotels, or merchants). Beep AI will facilitate cancellation and refund requests where possible, but the applicable provider's terms govern the outcome. Any refund is processed back through the original payment method in accordance with the provider's policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Beep AI relies on third-party providers for inventory, fulfilment, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Beep AI to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials that form part of Beep AI are owned by or licensed to BeepnPay Enterprises Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
Beep AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide accurate results and reliable service, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that inventory, prices, or availability presented will always be accurate, as these depend on third-party providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeepnPay Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeepnPay Enterprises Private Limited and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Beep AI at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of Beep AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
